The bowl had a cat face inside staring back at me while I finished slurping. That is when the moment of inspiration hit! The first thought, \u201cHow could I turn that cat into a character?\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-245 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/kattypem.com\/katnramen\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/07\/IMG_0631_Edit_crop-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"515\" height=\"353\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now that was a conundrum, a few sketches later on the tablet, the character Kat burst into being. I had another problem though, \u201cWho would tease or get teased by Kat?\u201d I sat looking at the bowl and a funny idea came to me. I drew a bowl of ramen with a face, thus the second character Ramen made herself known to the universe.
